SCHS ensures discrepancy while in your household. Any personal items or papers found during a clean will be either overlooked or in the case of untidy papers, will be tidied.
Satisfaction Guaranteed: If I have not completed the work that has been discussed to your satisfaction, let me know within 24 hours and I will return to re-clean the room stated at no additional charge.
Protecting Your Home: Simply Clean Home Services values the trust you have instilled in me to welcome me into your home. I understand your home is a safe haven and valued part of your life. I take great care in ensuring your home, belongings and key are safe and secure.
Cancellation by Client: If for any reason you need to cancel a scheduled clean, it is required to give 48 hours’ notice. In that time we can reschedule you for another day, or wait until your next scheduled clean.
If for any reason you need to cancel your scheduled clean with less than 48 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of 20% of your scheduled service will be issued to compensate for lost wages.
Cancellation by Cleaner: If for any reason I cannot make it to a scheduled clean, I will give 48 hours’ notice in order to reschedule your clean for another convenient date.
If I cannot give you more than 48 hours’ notice, you will receive 20% off your next scheduled clean to compensate for the inconvenience.
